- Medical-Alert-List-Form-2024
While Dixie Electric offers a Medical Alert List to help us better understand members with critical medical needs, participation does not guarantee uninterrupted electric service or priority restoration during outages. Power restoration is guided by safety, accessibility, and system conditions, many of which are beyond our control. Members who rely on electricity for medical equipment are responsible for having an alternate power source in the event of an outage. Additionally, enrollment on the Medical Alert List does not prevent service disconnection if an account becomes delinquent. We encourage all members with medical needs to plan ahead to ensure their safety and well-being. - Member Load Information Sheet (PDF)
