District 1
Lucy Cooley of Ovett qualified as a candidate in District 1, serving members in southeast Jones County and Perry County. Lucy is married to Tony and retired from the Jones County School District with more than 30 years of service. She is currently working part-time as the counselor for the Jones County Learning Center and part-time at Landrum’s Homestead and Village. Lucy and Tony have one daughter and are members of Tiger Creek Baptist Church.
