Dixie Electric Power Association’s Annual Meeting is held on a Saturday during the month of October each year. Two or three board directors, who serve three-year terms, are elected at the Annual Membership Meeting. Starting in June of each year, information about the annual meeting will be in the Today in Mississippi magazine and local media.
You can participate in the annual meeting by mailing in your absentee ballot or proxy, by voting online through your SmartHub account at the Dixie Electric website or the SmartHub app, by an email link that is sent to all email accounts on file, or in person at our annual meeting. The ballot and proxy are mailed to your residence along with your official meeting notice approximately 30 days before the Annual Meeting.

The 2023 Annual Meeting of the Membership is scheduled for Saturday, October 21st, 2023. In-person voting will be held between 10 and 10:50 a.m. The annual meeting will be held in person and virtually at 11 a.m.
