Over the past several years, we’ve offered many new programs and services to you, our members. As we enter a new year, I want to take a moment to remind you of a few of those programs and encourage you to participate.
We offer the SmartHub app and online account information on the Dixie Electric website. You may think of this service as pay online, but there is a wealth of information within SmartHub. Please take a moment to review the charts of your energy use as it compares to the weather. This is a great way to understand how weather affects your bill. You can also look back at your past payment history. Remember to use this tool; it is easy to use and available to you at any time.
Our Comfort Advantage program is our new home construction program that offers incentives for energy-efficient buildings. Also, Comfort Advantage provides incentives if you are converting to an energy-efficient heat pump. For more information on these programs, visit the Comfort Advantage page.
Lastly, keep your Co-op Connections card handy. This is an ongoing program that offers discounts, especially for you, our cooperative member. Visit the Connections Coop Website for a full list of businesses and discounts.
