Freeze on disconnects ends in two weeks!
Please make payment arrangements now to avoid disconnection of service. The 60-day freeze on disconnecting electric service is set to end on May 14. Over the next couple of weeks, we will begin contacting members to pay their past due bills or set up a payment arrangement through our Prepay option. If you are already on Prepay billing, then you can easily add your balance and begin paying it down to avoid disconnection of service. If you are not already on Prepay and need to make a payment arrangement, please call us to make an appointment. Our office lobbies are still closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, so an appointment is necessary. Due to the number of individuals that we need to meet with over the next few weeks, calling for an appointment is important.
