At Dixie Electric, our commitment to the community runs deep, guided by the cooperative principle of concern for the community. Each spring, we come together to make a meaningful difference for children in our service area through our Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Hosted at the beautiful Laurel Country Club, this event directly supports five incredible local organizations—Junior Auxiliary of Laurel, Junior Auxiliary of Wayne County, First Baptist Runnelstown, Richton Methodist Church, and Calvary Baptist Church in Petal. These charities provide meals to children through local schools who face food insecurity at home, ensuring they have the nourishment they need to thrive.

Mark your calendar for Thursday, March 26, 2026, and gather your team for this 4-man scramble, complete with morning and afternoon flight options. Team registration is $500 and includes four mulligans per player, giving everyone a little extra swing at success while supporting a great cause. Delicious lunch will be provided, thanks to the generous sponsorship of our Right-of-Way contractors—B-Line Construction.
